Packages are usually dispatched within 1 working day. We offer shipping by Parcelforce (GLS Network Partner) or Royal Mail (only for small orders) because we always want to deliver orders to our customers as soon as possible.
Our working days are from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm (excluding calendar and bank holidays).
Shipping fees includes all postage costs. Transport options vary according to order Total price.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
You can return or replace your ordered items within 21 days since delivery.
Just remember that the returning item should be in a mint condition.
